Terry is a practising member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Public Accountants.  He formerly worked for one of the Big4 professional firm with more than 13 years experience being a CFO, Audit & Assurance services of listed company and corporate compliance.  He is technically focusing on TMT and payment sector.  He is also with extensive experience in USA, HK and Singapore Listing

Iris is currently Audit Principal of Landis & Kadwell Hong Kong office.

Iris is a practising member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Public Accountants.  She has built up extensive experience in auditing companies of all SMEs to listed companies and technical accounting practice in both Big 4 and International accounting firms.    Her work experience also includes the commercial sector for a Hong Kong Exchange listed group and a group engaged in property investment business.  In her time with the firm, Iris manages a diverse portfolio, including trading, consultancy service, medical service and property investment. 
 
Iris is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.  She holds a master of Laws in Corporate and Financial Law degree from the University of Hong Kong.

Sabina Cheung

Sabina Cheung is currently the Tax Manager of Landis & Kadwell.

She graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Accountancy).  She is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Before joining Landis & Kadwell. Sabina has been working in professional firms including Big4 for over 10 years as a tax specialist focusing on Hong Kong and International tax.

Sabina has extensive experience in providing Hong Kong and international tax consultation to various multinational clients in Hong Kong, PRC and overseas and across a broad range of industry sectors (e.g. retail and manufacturing, shipping, IT, gaming industry, etc.) Sabina also involved in many business advisory projects including merger and acquisitions and the set up of efficient corporate holding and operational structure for client's investment projects in Hong Kong and overseas.

Monica has years of tax planning and team management experience including 10 years of experience of large foreign and domestic service agencies and business management.  She has provided tax optimization services to improve dozens of listed companies and investment institutions and successful in helping enterprises to analyze the company's financial situation, untangle the financial process and enterprise operation.

 

Monica's team is also strong in helping enterprises to establish a complete set of tax optimization mechanism and provide enterprises with high-quality, efficient, convenient and reliable tax planning services.

Mr. Chen Liewei is a partner of Landis & Kadwell Shenzhen and Shenzhen Guolong Tax Office, he has been engaged in tax work for nearly 30 years, and is mainly responsible for the research and coordination of the turnover tax and income tax policy for clients. He is experienced in the work experience which includes tax planning and consultation, tax to audit, tax attestation and so on, and has very rich experience in other tax-related fields.

He is proficient in Chinese tax law and is very familiar with Chinese accounting standards and international accounting standards. He has considerable knowledge and practical experience in the overall operation of the enterprise, internal control, financial management, tax planning and investment.He has been involved in multiple venture capital investment projects and is responsible for the tax due diligence .

Mr. Chen Liewei became a registered tax master in China in 1998 and became a registered evaluator in China in 1999.    

Gary Lei is currently Financial Controller of Landis & Kadwell (Macau) Limited and Operating Director of DnSConsulting Limited.

He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Macau. He is currently an associate of CPA Australia.

Before joining Landis & Kadwell, Gary Lei has been working in Big4 accounting firms for over 3 years in auditing area.

He has extensive business knowledge and experience in Macau local market, specializing in various business services including company setup, share transfer, bookkeeping services, tax filing, financial and tax planning, etc.

He has participated in Macau International Commerce Innovation Association as Treasurer and also the former Treasurer of Rotaract Club of Macau Central.

Johnson is currently Operating Director of Landis & Kadwell (Macau) Limited.

He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Macau.

Before joining Landis & Kadwell, Johnson Ng has been working as sales executive and has accumulated excellent product selling skills.

He has extensive marketing knowledge and product selling experience, specializing in various business services including E-commerce, marketing and promotion planning, event planning etc.

He has participated in Rotaract Club of Macau Central as Supervisor.

Bill Huang is currently Senior Consultant of Landis & Kadwell (Macau) Limited and Chief Operating Officer of WinsonGroup (Macau) Limited.

He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Strategic Management from the University of Macau.

He has extensive business knowledge and experience in Macau and mainland China market, specializing in various business services including mergers and acquisitions, legal advices, drafting legal contracts, opening bank accounts etc.

He is currently a member of Guangdong Youth Federation and Harbin Overseas Friendship Association.

Billy has over 20 years of U.S. tax experience with a big four public accounting firm, and large law firms serving multinational client in a wide variety of industries, including private equity investments, financial services, consumer products and manufacturing.

Rick is a US certified public accountant for over 13 years. He founded Landis & Kadwell Seattle and Trans-Pacific Accounting and Business Consulting 4 years ago after 11 years of serving clients at a regional CPA firm.  Graduated from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington – Seattle with a major in Accounting and Management Information System.

Rick has extensive experience in accounting assistance, review and compilation of financial statements, tax compliance, tax examination representation, management consulting, merger and acquisition, and incorporation. Rick has been in the Puget Sound area for over 18 years. Before he came to the area, he was in Hong Kong serving various leadership positions for various organizations.

Rick currently serves on the Board of Directors at The Greater Seattle Chinese Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of the busy season, Rick enjoys playing the French Horn and traveling.

Doris has over than 15 years of professional service experiences in international and local accounting firms in Singapore. During her numerous years of public accounting experiences, she has managed both local and international assurance and other advisory services to a broad range of clients of various industries. Her professional experience also includes involvement in tax compliance and tax consultancy work, corporate secretarial work, due diligence reviews and internal audit.

Doris is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
