“Please note the below changes in fees, effective 1 July 2021, in accordance with the BVI Business Companies (Amendment of Schedule 1) Order, 2021:

·         As of the effective date of 1 July 2021, the registry will charge a fee for the filing of the initial Register of Directors.  This will be added to the incorporation fee at cost for companies incorporated on or after 1 Jul 2021.  For companies incorporated before 1 Jul 2021, a separate invoice will be issued for the filing if the initial Register of Directors is submitted to us on or after 1 Jul 2021.

·         The order also introduces a fee for the issuance of physical certificates, including Certificates of Incorporation, Name Change, Registration of Charge, and Dissolution.  Please specify upon your order whether or not a physical certificate is required.  In case physical certificate is required, there will be an additional cost.

·         Digital certificates will be provided at no extra cost.  Each digital certificate issued by the BVI Registry bears a unique QR Code.  The authenticity of a certificate may be verified by scanning the QR code or at the official website: https://www.bvifsc.vg/certificate-validation

·         Please note that physical Certificate of Good Standing will continue to be provided at no extra cost for the time being.”
